I want to get this out before Cyber Monday. It gets really clogged. Wait wasn't that a PPV from the WWE?

I'll just say this goodbye.

No Pies for Me

The parade wasn't as good as the one from last year. I still enjoy the pikachu balloon and the Smurf balloon and float. The float has a mushroom house on it. Can you believe pikachu has been in the parade for 10 years? It's been in the parade since 2001. I remember I wrote about the parade for English class that year in high school. I think we had to write a Thanksgiving essay.

Was it me of was Jimmy Fallon's lip syncing a little "off"? It wasn't as bad as those Barbie Princess and the Pauper actors one year.

Now since Nickelodeon and Rainbow (the company that produces Winx Club) teamed up I'm hoping I will see an "appearance" by them next year. It will probably just be some girls in wigs or something. It would be fun just to see them.

I tried to start a new tradition of wagering on the dog show, but my family would have nothing of it. I broke it down like this the person could wager on either the group or an individual breed. The thing that upset me is that for the past 2 years the toy group has been the last one up.

I ended up over eating this year. I mostly ate meat and cornbread.

I didn't eat pie this year. I don't like pie crust and I usually discard the crust anyway. I requested pumpkin custard instead. It's like pumpkin pie, but there is no crust.

You know what bothers me it's when they show tv commercials for Black Friday deals at 1AM on black Friday wouldn't it be too late to get there? I would like to hit the Mega-mart 12 minute sale. That $39 ipad is a great deal!

It's been the 1st time since I've stopped watching Letterman on Thanksgiving. The writers strike doesn't count.

Shallot Pizza

I ate a shallot that thing had a lot of bite. Maybe I should have sauteed it. My cooking knowledge is limited. I baked it on a pizza raw. Should I have cooked it before putting it on the pizza? It had a lot of bite to it. I thought shallots were mild.

My mom put some in her steoop. This is not a misspelled word. Her stews are thin like soup. I think they are a combination of both. Anyway the one she cooked wasn't so harsh.

This is not a blog entry about Glee, but i just want to say a few things about the most recient episode. I loved Sue tracksuit dress I totally want one of those! I'd get a few to wear to formal events. Ins't marrying your self been done a few times before? Didn't Rodman do that back in the 90s?

Almost Everything For Sale!

You know how people are always doing something gimmicky to get something like tattooing themselves with a company logo or something like that. I'm totally up for something big and gimmicky. If stuff is not it won't get noticed.

I have a great idea. I will sell almost all my stuff to get free internet for life. No crappy connections either. It also has to be from a reputable company. Things I would not sell would be things like photos, yearbooks, diaries, some of my clothes, personal items, grooming items, my computer monitor, my cell phone, homemade DVDs and videos (most people don't use videos anymore anyway), and my intellectual property.

Ricockulously Good Cranberry Sauce

I was a big fan of Loveline as a teenager. I listened to it religiously from 1996-2001. Those were the Carolla years. Every year around Thanksgiving Adam would give out his cranberry sauce recipe. As a kid I hated canned cranberry sauce. I didn't even like the jellied kind. Kids are sometimes fooled by that, and think it's some kind of gelatin dessert or something. After years of listening to the show I finally persuaded my mom to make some. I forget which year though. I love it! I've turned my family onto it too. Now they make their own sauce. Thanks Adam aka Ace Rockolla. :P

The recipe can be found here.

Sexy Appliance

I was thinking about dressing as an appliance for Halloween. They are somewhat unique. Too bad a lot of them are bulky. I'm not going to be a sexy appliance.

Here are some sexy costume ideas for other people
Sexy Slim Goodbody costume
Sexy Rose Petal from Rose Petal Place
Talho from Eureka Seven when she wore that outfit with the short skirt and the halter top.

Psychic Contact

That place I mentioned before has some HR problems. I called this place on the 9th of November to see if there was a new recording, and it was the same old one from September. I called again today and there was a new recording for the 10th of November. When the hell do they update those Fucking things?! What if you heard the announcement on that day and needed to make plans or something. I'm not going to call that place every single fucking day! I will not name the company in case I do get a job there. LOL LOL LOL! ROTFL! XD

Why do people act like the show Skating with the Stars is a new concept? Fox did it 4 years ago with Skating with Celebrities. I remember it took Arrested Development's old time slot, and they referenced it on AD.

Fashionable, Musical and Cheating to Win

I can't believe it's been 5 years since Eddie Guerrero died. Here is a blog from my archives blog about it.

I wanted to get a job at a few fashion stores until my mom brought me back to reality. I don't dress trendy anymore. I think I really haven't since circa 2003. I thought about trying to make a quirky outfit or altering something I already have. Then I realized that I didn't even have that. My hair is still a mess and not all that trendy. A lot of stores make you wear the clothes that they sell there. I heard some of those clothing stores treat you badly, but I told myself I'm not going to make assumptions anymore. It doesn't matter. I think it would be the right "fit" for me. (Really bad pun, sorry)

I was thinking about making a Spam cruise Halloween costume for next year, but would anybody remember it by then? Maybe I could dress as Spam and say I was from the cruise. For the past few years I wanted a "musical" Halloween costume which is nothing more than me in some costume with an MP3 player and some external speakers hidden somewhere in my costume. If I dressed as Spam I would play the Save Ferris song called "Spam".

KCET Forecast

The proposed programming for KCET once it goes independent looks bad. A few of those programs can be seen on UTB. When they show their NHK feed. Maybe they'll show Sense of Japan and Nihongo Quick Lesson at a decent time. Maybe they will show some anime or Japanese programs UTB and FCI don't show.

Maybe they'll show this movie I saw on the station many years ago about a boy who helps a whale get to heaven. It was a foreign film.

I don't want to be bombarded with constant Huell Howser programming. It gives my dad ideas about where he wants to go. He has become too influenced by the tv. I still wonder what they will show for children's programming? I guess they can still show Big Green Rabbit. America's Test Kitchen. for cooking programming.

Besides me complaining about KCET proposed schedule. I tried to get a phone soliciting job today like I predicted they wanted experience as usual. How hard is it to sell pest control over the phone?

It was so funny in The Office when Phyllis asked Kelly which character in Glee is named Glee. It sounds like something one of my parents would say. Like when my dad would pester me during The OC and constantly ask who every character was.

First Season Fresh

In Glee Rachel's sweater with the poodle was so cute. The whole episode was ok I guess. That guy kissing Kurt made me gasp. Either that or my mouth was gaping open. The problem I'm having with the second season of the show is that a lot of themes seem to be rehashed. I guess the first season of any show is always the freshest. I had the same problem with Friends and The OC.

I did not enjoy that "Stop in the Name of Love"/ "Free Your Mind" mash up. Why does there have to be so many mashups on the show? "Free Your Mind" could have held it's own. Hearing that song makes me feel like I'm in 3rd grade again and dressing horribly.

Halloween Memoirs

I was inspired by my memoir class to write a book of Halloween memoirs. I turned in a Halloween story for class. The only reason I did was because it was the only story I had finished at the time. The due date crept up on me. I wrote about Halloween 1994. I didn't want to write too many Halloween stories and bore everybody by writing about the same topic. I didn't want to be known as the person who wrote all those Halloween stories or something like that. This was a concern of mine during that semester.

Jump off a Bridge

I want to make a correction from my last blog. In not thinking for myself I mean going along with the group practically no matter what. It's like that "jump off a bridge" statement. Hell yeah I would if everybody else was.

I also need to hold my tongue. It's gotten me in too much trouble.

Thoughtless

I've come to the conclusion that thinking for myself has gotten me into a lot of trouble, so I decided I'm not going to anymore. It will make things so much simpler. I hate when people tell you to think for yourself just so you can listen to them.

I'm happy the McRib is back!
I haven't had one since I went to the Ferguson taping last year.

How funny was The Office? I sounded like Michael when he wanted to go to Mexico to go help build a school. Remember how Letterman got me all riled up about not doing my part and such? (Letterman is so out of touch) Andy just went along to impress Erin. It reminded me of when I wanted to do volunteer work because my cousin was doing it. Now I want to volunteer to build my resume.

Conanchu

Here are some costume ideas I have for next Halloween:
Beef Jerky (not a bag, but an actual piece)
A McRib sandwich (perhaps I can use upholstery foam)
Lydia from the Beetlejuice cartoon
Tickled Pink from Rainbow Brite (80s)
Some kind of box costume
Shirley from the "Bleed Like Me" video (I'd need to find a good dress though) I can always pass it off as a nurse costume for people who don't know.

This year I wanted to have some kind of meat themed costume, but I shied away from it after Lady Gaga wore that meat dress. I didn't want people to think I was copying her or something.

After all these years I've never dressed as an object for Halloween like a cell phone, or grandfather clock. I also have not dressed as food; ever. I have only been characters, celebrities careers, or monsters.

I think I'll add having a really elaborate homemade Halloween costume to my bucket list.

Even though I didn't dress as Rachel Berry for Halloween I'm sort of glad. No disrespect to Lea Michele or the Gleeks. Then I would not have been able to scare people. I think people would not have gotten my costume. Although me singing is scary. I could have broke into spontaneous song singing "Run Joey Run".

I was also planning an oil spill costume. I was going to make it out of a brown unused trash bag. I was going to print out the BP logo and a picture of the oil cam. I was going to make my face look dirty like it was smeared with oil.

I decided to Conanize my pikachu. Doesn't it look funny? That is it's costume. I took the pic while I was just messing around in my room. I posed pikachu next to a dog. It sort of looks like Triumph. For me to poop on! I didn't submit it into the contest.
