I’ve been riding a downward spiral of self deprecation for a while now. It just seems as time progresses I’m traveling down it with increasing speed.
Me eating habits are erratic. I’ve become increasingly submissive. I need to get away. I need a distraction, a big one. Maybe an avalanche?
