December is Coming soon!

So I took yesterday off for the holiday. Well actually I forgot to post a blog. But it's nice to take a day off from blogging even if it is just one day.

I got a few things I need to do next month like getting ready for the city approved yard sale. I'm going to try harder this time, and put some ads on some of those free yardsale listing sites. I even opened up an account on Craigslist for this. Now I realized you have to put a lot of in for those yard sale listing sites. Why do they need to know your name? I don't want to use my real name and have angry people come back at me. I guess I could always be Betty Bluth or Annie Vandalay.

The good thing I'm going to try and apply for school. I'm not saying I will get in or not. I'll just have to wait and see what happens. It doesn't matter yet since I can't apply until next month anyway.

I've been having positive dreams too. Last week I had an amnesia dream which is bad, but this week I had 2 or 3 hidden passage dreams which are a good dream symbol. I use to have a lot of hidden passage dreams in high school.

I'm so happy I found my playlist I had on paper. I thought I had lost it. I posted one on lastfm that I wrote by memory. I only left out one song "Greener Pastures" by No Doubt

Get in the Car

On Saturday I was pretending to drive until my mom caught me. There was no key in the ignition or anything; plus as I was pretending to drive I was singing “Driving Lesson”. She wanted to know what I was doing and singing.

My cousin gave a silly idea what if there was a Garbage version of Rock Band or Guitar Hero? That would be such a cool game. You know what I wouldn’t mind a No Doubt version either. I’m not picky I’d take either.

My mom asked me if I was embarrassed because a lot of um…kids who are like 10 years younger than me are learning how to drive. Maybe…a little. Well not being able to drive was my secret shame for many years until I announced that I couldn’t on my old blog. Plus knowing that Shirley didn’t know how to drive for a long time didn’t make me feel so bad.

I have no problem with learning all the written rules in the book and taking the written test.

Although I’m still a little discouraged and terrified of getting behind the wheel. I DO NOT want my dad to try and teach me how to drive again; he mostly just screamed at me and told me what I was doing wrong. Being in a car with him stresses me out; immensely. I really want to take a class a reputable driving school. The only reason I went to the one I originally went to was because it was cheap and it showed. I learned all these bad habits like riding the curb and pumping the break. I am very enthusiastic to start again all I need is the right teacher/program and some money to pay for it.

Which reminds me I should take a picture of myself pretending to drive a car? And then post it on all my profiles like a lot of people do? Maybe I should wear some cool sunglasses too.

I remembered another song I added to the play list since I heard it recently. “Damaged” by Danity Kane. I think I didn’t list that one because I didn’t really want anybody to know I like that song. It’s like a guilty pleasure. Most current pop music no matter how little of it I listen to is a guilty pleasure. If only I could find that list…

Not So Private Message

I’m usually not a vengeful bitchy person. If I was I would not care about certain things, or I would wish somebody will ill. I can be set in my ways though, and it is very hard to change.

I’m not going to spend a bunch of time cooped up in my room listening to “It‘s All Over But The Crying” (the Absolute Garbage remix) repeatedly.

Here is a play list I complied. I think I added more songs on to the hard copy I had on paper which I can’t find when I really need it. I added more songs to the one that I have in my hard drive. I think I added “Metal Heart”, but I can’t remember.

Here is a play list that I made a few months back. It can’t be put on the myspace play list because I listed too many songs.

“Breakfast At Tiffany‘s” - Deep Blue Something
“Stan” - Enimen
“Sailin‘ On” - No Doubt’s cover of it
“End it on This” - No Doubt
“Move On” - No Doubt
“Happy Now?” - No Doubt
“It‘s All Over But The Crying” - Garbage
“Never There” - Cake
“Private Helicopter” - Harvey Danger
“Sitting, Waiting Wishing” - Jack Johnson
“If I had Eyes” - Jack Johnson
“Little Things” - Bush

This and my cousin being disappointed about the new Lego Rock Band video game which coincidentally does not feature any Lego related songs so far. My suggestions are:
“Brick” by Ben Folds Five
“Thick as a Brick” by Jethro Tull
“Fell in Love with a Girl” by The White Stripes
My cousin suggested “Another Brick in the Wall” by Pink Floyd.

Then I thought about some of my fantasy Rock Band set lists. I have a fantasy Garbage and Hole one. I’m still compiling my No Doubt one which will include “Snakes“. Those will be posted in another blog.

First I was contemplating sending this person a message through their myspace which they made public again. I came across this by accident. I wasn’t “prowling” like I was on facebook. I was really thinking about it. I gave myself about a whole day to think about it. When I was about to send this person the message I thought “How would they take this? We haven‘t talked in over a year. This might seem creepy even though my intentions are good. What if this is taken the wrong way and seen a sarcasm?” Needless to say I never sent the message. I decided that I will just address the issue in my blog. So here is what I was going to say in the message. Like that person is reading my blog anyway.

“Good luck with your move to New York.”

When I wrote this I was thinking about the song "Cup of Coffee" a little.
