Enviro-“mental”

I had this strange dream about my parents my mom had the power to teleport she was bothering me while I was trying to cook leeks for soup or something. My dad was upset because his Buick got in an accident and was totaled. He was also upset because somebody offered to buy the broken car off him for $1.25.

I forgot it was Earth Day until I saw it mentioned on The Price is Right. I wrote a funny Earth Day tweet referencing a lyric from "What are we Gonna Do?". I wrote "Happy Earth Day send the message". Later when I was looking for a video on one of my tapes I found the video for the Dramarama song "What are we Gonna Do?" this was purely coincidental I was looking for a Moby video.

Back in 1999 my high school threw an Earth Day fair type thing. I remember part of the outfit I wore that day. I wore a blue jacket with a black faux fur collar and a pikachu shirt. It looks like the jacket Gwen is wearing in this picture. I was my first time wearing that pikachu shirt to school. The jacket was low cut, so the pikachu was prominently shown.

I spent most of my time with my friend and her boyfriend. The games were free. Most of the prizes given out were mostly junky fish shaped things. They reminded me of my pet fish. A few games were giving out erasers. They were those ones that look like the world. The student government was making and giving out balloon animals. The problem was that they hadn’t practiced, and there were only 2 girls making them. When we got there it looked like they were just opening up a klutz book and a pack of balloons. About 1%-3% of the students at the fair got a balloon animal or hat.

The food was gross. The only food they were selling were overly greasy Rice Krispie treats and cucumber with chili powder on top. My friend bought some treats and they were so greasy we could barley hold on to them. They were sliding out of our hands, and they were wrapped.

I got bored with hanging out with my friend and her boyfriend. I was just a 3rd wheel. I decided to wander around on my own. I "ran into" my crush twice. Later I ran into my math tutor. There was a craft area and I tried to make some kind of pom pom animal with tacky craft glue, but it fell apart. I purposely ran into my crush, and told him that the ugly necklace he made was good. I wanted him to comment on my coat. There were also some sea animals that could be pet. I pet those. Then I wanted to play a game and the guy running it (a student) said let the Pokemon girl play. I thought this was hilarious.

In my class after the fair most of the people in the class were pelting each other with the erasers given as prizes. That class was composed of mostly hooligans, and the teacher had no control over the class.

When my math teacher saw a balloon dog somebody had. He said it was made wrong. He tired to fix it. He said somebody's balloon hat looked pornographic. (it sort of did)

I had this really strange dream about dead animal, and Finn from Glee was in it too.

I like the headphones I got for my birthday at first I didn't like them, but now I do. I'm noticing nuances in the music in songs like "Subhuman" and "You look so Fine."

To anybody who noticed or cares KVMD 31.4 is showing KOCE. Strange!

Creative Writing in 2006

After I thought about it I already took a creative writing class at another school with another teacher. This was back in 2006.

That teacher was doofy and dressed monochromatic. There are a few blogs that mention being in her writing class in the archives.

My ankle pain is really getting to me. I've been having some really strange dreams.

Why Can't You!?

I have mentioned before that I can be embarrassed or humiliated into doing things. Anyway this is one that usually works on me to some degree. The "Person X can do this so why can't you!?" statement. My dad and various educators have used this on me all the time. It can be taken to the extreme and absurd. Like "Bears hibernate during the winter so why can't you!?"

I had a funny idea about driving too bad it can't be like the way my dad gets tech support. I'd drive a car with another person in it (who can drive), and then when something is too hard for me to do. I just scream at the person to do the thing for me.

I had this really strange dream about (domestic) cats. They were really strong and really smart. They kept trying to get me.

Miscellaneous blog #35

I was still confused about the voices from the English dub for Angel's Friends so I sent an email to Veronica Taylor (She was the voice of Ash in the 4kids English Pokèmon dub) . She has an official page. I hope she replies, but I'm not holding my breath.

How crazy is the marketing for the movie Eat, Pray, Love? Like all the "inspired" jewelry. There is other stuff being sold like authentic items from Italy, India and Bali. If I were to reenact any scene from the movie/book it would be the part when Wayan receives the money, and I'm playing the part of Wayan. Or the petition scene.

Caught the Teen Choice Awards yesterday and felt really old. I was only watching for Cena's appearance. Cena doesn't look too bad in a suit. I'm so use to seeing him in jean shorts. I got to see Cory. I still wonder how long Fox will milk Glee? I give them about 3 more years. (Gleeks don't be mad at me I like this show as much as the next Gleek.) It makes me realize how out of touch I am with pop culture.

Since I've been stressed out this month I've been having really crazy dreams including one with a talking lab dog who bought saladitos.

I Dream of Pop Tarts

I've been having some pretty wacky dreams. I had a strange one about Glee. The funny thing was in this dream they sang "made up" songs. Please don't tell me to "write" these songs because I have no idea how to do that. I was singing along with them. We sang a song called "Superball". It was a Queen-style song. The lyrics were kind of silly. When it was my turn to sing it I forgot the words!

I had another crazy dream about shopping at this clothing store called "The Diva's Closet". The store had dark red crushed velvet draped on the walls. The store sold outrageous clothes. I think there was one of those high heel couches in the store. It was also decorated with these giant eyeballs hanging from the ceiling. They were about beach ball size.

The last dream I'm writing about is about is a crazy Lupin the 3rd dream. I think I've been watching too much Lupin. In my dreams they speak English, but I've been watching subs. It was goofy Lupin stole some Pop Tarts and stashed them in a safe. Zenigata was looking for them.

I'm still looking for work and I'm going to apply for another place on Tuesday. I have to do it on Tuesday because that's what the ad said. I wonder what kind of made up story my dad will use to discourage me? Let's see... aliens vaporized the building? I wouldn't put it past him.

Donuts and Cheese

You know I was going to post a blog yesterday, but I don't know what happened. I got all caught up in writing one of my stories. You know one is due soon, and I have 3-4 unfinished ones.

I was going to mention this in my Earth Day blog, but I think those Kleenex disposable hand towels are very wasteful.

I don't know what's wrong with me. I'm having strange dreams again. Either I'm stressed or eating strange food combinations again. Speaking of strange food combinations here's one they use to give us at school for breakfast donuts and cheese. This combination goes well with plain or lightly glazed donuts. I don't recommend eating cheese with the following donut flavors: powered, cinnamon, filled, maple, Krispy Kreme types, sprinkles, coconut, or chocolate. My mom has no idea why I like this.

December is Coming soon!

So I took yesterday off for the holiday. Well actually I forgot to post a blog. But it's nice to take a day off from blogging even if it is just one day.

I got a few things I need to do next month like getting ready for the city approved yard sale. I'm going to try harder this time, and put some ads on some of those free yardsale listing sites. I even opened up an account on Craigslist for this. Now I realized you have to put a lot of in for those yard sale listing sites. Why do they need to know your name? I don't want to use my real name and have angry people come back at me. I guess I could always be Betty Bluth or Annie Vandalay.

The good thing I'm going to try and apply for school. I'm not saying I will get in or not. I'll just have to wait and see what happens. It doesn't matter yet since I can't apply until next month anyway.

I've been having positive dreams too. Last week I had an amnesia dream which is bad, but this week I had 2 or 3 hidden passage dreams which are a good dream symbol. I use to have a lot of hidden passage dreams in high school.

I'm so happy I found my playlist I had on paper. I thought I had lost it. I posted one on lastfm that I wrote by memory. I only left out one song "Greener Pastures" by No Doubt

So I had previously written that I had been having some harsh dreams. Well they are more wacky than harsh, but the symbols represent harsh things.

You know I’m into dream interpretation and stuff like that. I think it goes along with my weak psychic abilities.

Here are some that have occurred in my dreams recently:

A rocket crash- I couldn’t find anything, but a plane crash means you set unrealistic goals for yourself. So I guess the rocket would symbolize very unrealistic goals.

Wood- I dream about wood a lot. I think this does not have a sexual connotation. It also means to feel dead inside.

Pastels-I keep dreaming in pastels a lot. It means that you are not completely recognizing and dealing with some part of your emotions. It also implies ambiguity in your life.

Amputee- An amputee (missing arms) means lack of motivation.

Parrot- A parrot means that someone is mocking you. It can also represent a person that you think is obnoxious.

Passenger-suggests that you are not in control of your life and are letting others decide for you.

Broken watch-To see a broken watch in your dream, indicates that you are unsure of your own feelings or how to express yourself. You are experiencing an emotional standstill. Alternatively, it suggests that you have poor time management or that you have lost track of what you have to do. The dream may also be a metaphor to indicate that you need to "watch out".

Sausage-To see or eat sausage in your dream, symbolizes material values.

Bandage-indicates your need to heal. You may be feeling emotionally wounded and are trying to cover/shield your hurt from others.

Miscellaneous blog #20

Wow! I’ve written 20 of these already? O_o

I got this new deodorant it smells so good! The scent is called “Fruity Melon”. It smells like Watermelon bubble gum! ^-^

You know I believed that Mister Ed was played by a zebra for a while? It was because I read this article. There are a few mistakes in it though since numerous fan sites say Ed was played by a horse named Bamboo…something. There is also an article on that site that says the California flag was a mistake. I can’t really find a lot of info on that, but according to other sites I read the bear was placed on the flag since California had a lot of bears back then.

You know what I was thinking about a few days ago. How much I love the Garbage song “Not My Idea”. It’s been my favorite Garbage song for years. I think I know why I like it so much. I find the song so empowering. I’m not going to burn anything though. You thought I was going to gush over “Bleed Like Me” again?

After rereading Shirley’s note on facebook thanking the Noirings. It really touched me and cheered me up. Especially this part:
”Just imagine me standing infront of you. No defences.......just open and sincere face to face.
I touch my heart to your heart.
I wish you a long and happy life.
I hope you get to live as long as I have.
And I smile.
Then you smile.
And it is understood.”

It made me think about all the emotional walls I build up. I don’t want people to know everything about me. There are some people I know very well that I have to put of defenses for. Then it could be used to hurt me. That’s why I don’t want to be a politician or be on reality tv. They’ll dig up the dirt on me. I’m not an open book. I never really was. I’m a sealed up diary. It makes me think of “Run Baby Run” a little.

Will I make it to 43? Who knows?

I’ve been having strange dreams again, but this time I think it has nothing to do with what I’ve been eating. My dreams are telling me something; something harsh. Right now I feel like I’m at an emotional standstill a crossroads if you will. Who knows what’ll happen to me? Maybe one day I’ll wake up and be a changed person.

Some Must Watch, While Some Must Sleep Episode Review

Sarah is at a sleep clinic. She is scared and confused and she sees a coyote. At first I thought it was a wolf, and making reference to the Alison from Palmdale episode. That episode has more to do with Cameron than Sarah. My mom and I thought it was funny when Cameron said Sarah’s pancake recipe was the one Cameron found on the box.

So Sarah thinks that the sleep clinic is really some sort of cover for Skynet. She becomes more suspicious as time passes. She finds this secret basement room. The patient she shares a room with is a smoker. She eventually catches on fire. While Sarah was “asleep” she is being tortured by that guy who shot her. It was pretty gruesome.

I thought it was funny when Cameron hit the vending machine for John and a bunch of chips fell out. I also I thought all the Summer/Cameron fans were going crazy when she walked by in a bra.

Sarah loses her teeth if she dreamed this it means that she feel that she has failed at something. Perhaps protecting John? Or stopping Skynet? Teeth dreams are very common. This episode is trying to make you think about what has Sarah dreamed, and what was really happening to her.

I found this episode really dull and not because Shirley wasn’t in it. It was also incredibly confusing. I kept changing it back from that to wrestling. John Cena was making a rare Smackdown appearance.

Speaking of dreams I had a really funny one on Sat. I had a dream I had really bad scene hair. My hair was the same color as it is in real life. I had the ugly choppy fluffy bangs. The rest of my hair looked scene too. In my dream I thought I looked good. I kept taking pictures of myself on my phone, and saying how great my hair looked. What does this dream mean? I don’t want to be scene in real life. I’m too old for that. Perhaps my dream is telling me I’m too old?

Wacky Terminator Dreams

I had a really wacky dream Wed. I had a dream about Ellison from Terminator. I have no idea why I dreamt about him. He was the only character in the dream

When I first moved I had some really wacky Terminator dreams. Until I moved I had never had any dreams related to the show. Sure I had some Shirley themed dreams, but they were not about her character.

The first Terminator dream I ever had was about Sarah and Cameron. Cameron got captured by a group of T-888s. Sarah was in a hotel sleeping. All these different female terminators were after her. Since her and John were separated from each other for some reason. He calls her cell phone and tells her that there is a group of female terminators on the loose. She is asleep and wakes up from John’s call. When she looks out of her 2nd story window she sees them, and decides to take them on by herself. She gets a gun from under her pillow. She puts down the phone and John is still talking to her. He tells her not to because there are too many, but she leaves and takes her gun. The dream ended there.

Then about 2 weeks later I had another dream about Cameron she was the only character in it. I didn’t write much about it. I don’t really remember what it was about.

A week after that I had another dream. This was the most complex one I’ve had so far. It had the most characters in it too. Sarah, John, Derek and Cameron were in it. I was in the dream with them. The past 2 I had I was just observing them. I was like I was watching the show or something.

They were looking for a portal because a group of terminators were going to come out of it. (T-888s) Cameron was going to take them out with a missile Lander bazooka type gun/cannon thing. I wanted to help, but Sarah told me that she wanted me to do my homework. She wanted me to write a report about a vodka company. She told me she got a bunch of books for research. While I sat inside all pissed off writing my report I was watching them through a window fight the Terminators. There were so many and they looked all different.

This dream kind of reminded me of the episode “Goodbye to all That”. Where Sarah helps that boy write a book report on The Wizard of Oz. Well except I was writing about Vodka for some reason. I don’t know why.
