My dad was getting mad because I don't want to go out with him for job hunting. I was thinking "I'm going to go out and look for jobs with you again to even hurt my chances more than my record of lack of experience?"

Bargain Ham
I thought I bought a bargain ham for $8.20, but the price tag on the ham was wrinkled. It really said $18.20. I has so hard to read even the cashier couldn't read it.
Here is a picture of the deceptive ham price. Oh well I learned next time to carefully read the price on a "bargain" ham.

Annie's Cinnamon Roll Bunny O's Cereal
I tried some Annie's Cinnamon Roll Bunny O's Cereal. It was very good and smelled very sweet. It took some getting use to because I'm so use to preservatives in my cereal. You know eating the common stuff like Cocoa Pebbles.
After I ate some I thought it would taste really good with some fake maple syrup just to taste. It was great, but unhealthy. I could be arrested for eating something like that.
Then I remembered my neighbor ate something similar. This was back in '93. Anyway he would put Cheerios in a bowl (I forget if it was plain or Hunny Nut) and milk and heat it in the microwave and then top with honey or maple syrup. Or did he top the cereal first heat it and then add the milk? I'm getting old and forget!

The Sandwich Experiment
I made the Cordon Bleu sandwich. I wanted to make it like a mix of Denny's sandwich and the one Abry's use to sell. I think they still sell it; just not in my area.
Here's what I used sourdough bread, Swiss cheese, ham lunch meat, and frozen breaded chicken patties.
Essentially I just made them like a grilled cheese sandwich. I first cooked the chicken patties before I put them in the sandwich. Then I just made the sandwich like a grilled cheese. Here's the order in which I put it together in case anybody wants to know. Starting from top to bottom; bread, cheese, chicken patty, ham, other slice of bread.
I used Dijon mustard as a dipping sauce. I'm going to try and make another version on a bun like Arby's.
Colton leaving Survivor was great! Seriously I thought he would have gone far. Christina was dumb to comfort him. I would have made fun of his ass. Especially if I was treated the way she was. They (Colton and Alicia) were so mean to her I was screaming at the tv.
People wrote some pretty mean stuff about him online. I'd hate to think what people would say about me if I was on Survivor. They probably want me to drown in the ocean or something like that.
But like I've said before I could not be on the show for a lot of reasons. I can't swim, I have skeletons in the closet, and I don't think I could handle the stinkyness. Nobody is bathing including yourself.

I Still Don't Work Here
I ate a twice baked potato at the Hometown Buffet I put extra bacon and cheese on it. It was so good and fatty.
When you go there at lunch they have more lunch foods. They had stuff like corn dogs and slider burgers. I did come up with a new drink; I mixed cherry Coke with Coke and cherry Icee. It was sweet and cold.
There were some obnoxious girls at the craft store they were taking up the whole small aisle and just being really loud.
At the grocery store I wore the wrong color shirt because a really old lady mistook me for an employee. I felt like Harry in the 3rd Rock from the Sun episode "Superstitious Dick" where Harry wears the wrong color shirt at the hardware store and is mistaken for an employee. That's happened to me a few times before one time at a Walgreen's I was mistaken for an employee. The worst thing was that I wasn't even wearing anything like what the employees wear there. Maybe I should go back to cartoon shirts. You'd have to pretty out of it to think somebody in a Sailor Moon shirt works at a supermarket and is on duty.

Definitely make Another Sandwich
I tried the Cordon bleu sandwich at Denny's and I didn't like it. they used breaded chicken strips instead of a patty. It was pretty dry. Plus the order of the ingredients in the sandwich was chicken strips, ham and cheese. I'm going to figure out a way to make a better version at home. That is a challenge I'm going to take. Maybe I'll make a hybrid of the Denny's sandwich and the old Cordon bleu they use to sell at Arby's.
I had this strange dream about Shirley. We were talking and I told her I was going to buy "Not Your Kind of People" and she was like "Ok." but in a nonchalant way.

Corned Beef and Ramune
I did a lot of non-Irish things like watch anime and drink Japanese soda. Well it was a green colored soda. I drank this.
I had this really strange dream about working at a restaurant. It was a mom and pop place. I was like a cashier. A bun ch of people kept coming up to me while I was taking their money as the cashier and saying "This place sucks!" I'd snap back; "Well, you suck too!". I forget if I got fired in the dream or if I had to work in another place in the restaurant.
I did some Irish things like listen to some songs by The Cranberries. I haven't heard "Salvation" in a while. I forgot how much I liked it. I ate my corned beef too.

Harajuku Hamburger
I had to help the lackey at the supermarket deli measure a 1/6th of a pound. This is what I'm talking about some lackey who can't convert measurements has a job in a supermarket deli, and I don't? I stopped caring anymore and will do most anything for money. I've dropped my standards, morals, and dignity. It's really desperate and sad now. Nobody realizes how desperate I am not my parents, not potential employers, not people providing services in a community setting. NOBODY! Plus seasonal hiring is over, and I missed it! And I'm moving which adds more insult to try and finding a job.
Which leads me to another story I decided to try Jarlsberg cheese. I wanted to because Shirley likes it. I didn't like it. Well i ate it plain. It might taste different in a sandwich. I'm not big on Muse either.
I saw the commercial for Gwen's HL line at target. At first I thought it was a commercial for hamburgers. But then I heard the song "Harajuku Girls" play, and I thought "What a strange song to use to promote hamburgers"
Note to Gwen: If you ever do make a hamburger for a restaurant I'd buy one (I have a great name for it "A Little Something Refreshing")

Ok so that place I went to where the manager wasn't there was a McDonalds.

Hello Panda review (double chocolate)
I took an interesting take on this review. Let's start off regular stuff here is a picture of the bag.
I'm recycling the box picture from my previous blog about these. These ones come in a gold bag.
These cookies are chocolate filled with a chocolate cookie on the out side. I bought these like 2 months ago.
Here is a picture of the cookies.
I was disappointed I did not get an (American) football panda cookie this time.
I tasted these. I like these better than the ones with the vanilla cookie and the chocolate filling. It is the same filing though. They have a robust chocolate flavor. I let my dad have some. He was not my "guinea pig". He likes double chocolate stuff anyway. For his birthday he always eats a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting.

Whopper of a Deal
I had a great idea for a job agency one that specializes in getting jobs for ugly people. It should have a cute name too.
I'm thinking about moving to China because that's where the money is.
I had to go to school to take care of some stuff.
I think the school is banking on a lot of people putting the cart before the horse, and applying for classes before they can pay for them. I took bad advice and did that before, and I'm not doing it again.
I was going to ask the person at the booth a question, but he was obliviously a lackey student. He was just flirting with some girls! Good job!
I went out to get the 88¢ Whoppers. I was near a Burger King anyway.
I ended up giving a rather complicated order. My usual Whopper fixins: a standard Whopper with no katstup or onions. I'd also say no tomatoes or pickles, but I'll just remove them and eat them separately. No need to further complicate the order.
I ordered another in case my dad didn't feel like going out to get some for dinner. I'm not weird like him. He can't eat the same for for 2 meals in one day or have the same food the next day either. Except breakfast foods. The other one I ordered only had lettuce and pickles in it. I didn't want to put any mayo in it in case it spoiled in my backpack on the bus ride home.
Saw a kid with a rat tail there are those back in style?
I'm so cheap I brought my own drink from home to the Burger King. :P
Later when my dad went to get the Whoppers for dinner he was mad because the Burger king he went to was crowded. He hates going to free or cheap food promotions. They always piss him off.

My mom told me to eat all that Japanese snack food I'd been saving and meaning to review. Last week was pretty hectic. I guess I should review them in order of when I bought them.
So here would be the order Chocolate panda cookies, lucky sticks, vanilla panda cookies and melon Hi-chew.
It was fun to see John Cena on the Teen Choice awards wearing a Sue Sylvester tracksuit. It was a departure from his usual outfit consisting of jean shorts and a t-shirt. It was nice to Cory. I can a crush on him since he is older than me by 2 years, and he's playing a high school student. :/ @x@
But it was 2 things I like together in one place.

What Terminology?
I forgot to post a blog yesterday
I keep confusing Dan Haren with Dan Harmon. Haren is a baseball player. Harmon is the guy who created the tv show "Community". Let's think about men in ugly shorts, and then cry. J/K ;P
I incorrectly though the giveaway at the baseball game was a concert and not a banner. My dad wanted to keep score. I gawked at the official Angels monkey Pillow Pets for $42! I thought the stuffed Capuchin monkeys were cute. They reminded me of Marcel from Friends.
My dad doesn't get my association with Western Bacon Cheeseburgers and baseball.
My dad was trying to keep score during the game but doing a poor job at it. He couldn't read the names on the screen behind us. I had to and spell out the names for him. I did get to put my knowledge of Japanese vowel sounds to good use.
My dad bought something from Ruby's and it was tiny. He got mad because I was dipping onion rings in au jus sauce. It's good and salty.
When the Angels scored my dad and I missed it because we were buying ice cream. Well I sort of saw it. I was busy watching the tv, and I wasn't ready to order. While we were gone he told m y mom to keep score. (she doesn't know how and neither do I)
For some reason I kept calling baseball helmets "hats".
I got a Minnie Mouse pin as a souvenir. My dad wanted me to get a stuffed money, but I wanted the pin because it took up less space.
My dad wanted me to go to the beach with him. Is he crazy? I'm waiting for a call from that place I applied to. Stupid! Most likely I'd be watching his stuff as he jogged on the beach. :/
Today: I was waiting around for that place I applied at to give me a call. They never did. :(
It's a good thing I didn't cut my nails for the job since I didn't get it. They would have been needlessly sacrificed.
I drowned my sorrows in some Angelfish music.

Nobody Listens to Random Shit
I was looking up different sandwiches on the wikipedia. I found this sandwich called a Cheese Dream. It looked like my kind of sandwich. There are lot of variations of it.
I also thought about writing cheese dream parody song. Using the song "Teenage Dream"
I heard the song "Words" by Missing Persons. That's the way I feel right now. Nobody is listening to me. I decided to be a jerk, and just start saying random shit. If nobody is listening anyway why would it matter.

Flounder Mush
Never eat Arrowtooth Flounder. It's disgusting! The fish is incredibly mushy! It might be good to eat if you don't have a lot of teeth or something. I thought it was just me, but a lot of other people online complained about this.

How Much Frosting do you Choose? a Dunkaroos Review
I was only going to just write an introductory paragraph, but then it turned into more than 5.
According to the wikipedia it says Dunkaroos came out in 1988. But I don’t remember having them until the early 90s circa 1993. I remember when I first ate them they only came in 2 varieties chocolate frosting and plain vanilla frosting. Each variety both had the same graham cracker/cookies with them to dunk.
They were pretty hard to eat not physically. I was because anytime I opened a pack somebody would come out of the woodwork and try to mooch them off me. The type of kid who constantly “forgets” to bring their lunch. They only want your “good food” aka the junk food. Once it runs out or they eat it all they are off to mooch off somebody else. It wasn’t just the Dunkaroos it was also the fruit snacks and the snack cakes too. This is why I don’t eat brownies in public. Actually that could be like a little running gag I have.
The thing I didn’t get about some of those moocher kids was they would brag about their expensive shoes (which they really had) and other things they bragged about. Why couldn’t their family spare a few bucks for some snack foods?
I liked to eat them along with the cheese and bread sticks Handi-snacks. The cookies were good dipped in the cheese and the bread sticks were good dipped in the frosting. (But never the crackers or the pretzels)
They could have been part of the ultimate 90s lunch:
Kool-burst, Squeez-it, Mondo
Dunkaroos
Handi-snacks
Fruit snacks/fruit rolls
Occasionally a Gobble Stick, some cheese, snack cakes, or cookies
A lunchable was more of a treat (I rarely got these)
(A non-90s regular sandwich. Containing lettuce, meat, and mayonnaise on white bread. )
Packed in a
Beauty and the Beast or
Darkwing Duck lunchbox. Practically every girl in my third grade class had a Beauty and the Beast lunch box, and bunch of other girls at the school. I had to put a few stickers on mine to distinguish it from the others. Some of the girls had those lunch boxes that looked like coolers.
I was being lazy and looking for a picture of a Darkwing Duck lunchbox online, but I managed to find my own. I was looking for something else. Look! A faux retro photo.
If I’m only eating that for lunch that is pretty sad. The thermos didn't yellow there was too much glare in that pic.
It was not as exotic as eating sheets of seaweed. I would trade for those. Plus there was a health food craze goin’ on in third and fourth grade. A sandwich with whole wheat bread with lots of veggies and a little bit of meat. Laughing Cow cheese. Don’t forget the 100% juice! I forget what else was included. :/
I remember when the Dunkaroos had funny shapes like feet. The cookies were really shaped like feet. There are some various commercials on youtube.
Enough nostalgic rambling. Onto the review. Since I already had these back in the 90s I sort of have an idea of what they would taste like. It smelled the same.
The combination of this one is white sprinkle frosting with cinnamon cookies.
The cookies were good and crunchy. They have that cinnamon taste like the old ones did. They still taste the same. The frosting texture seemed a little different from the 90s version, but I'm not sure if that was due to the heat. It was still good. It mostly tastes the same. Nostalgia factor from 1-10. 10 being highest 8. There was some leftover frosting. I ate the leftover frosting like I used to when I was a kid and scoop it out with my finger. it brought me back to 4th grade lunch! Chased it the Dunkaroos down with some Kool-aid. Squeez-its are out of production. :P

But not for Free
I forgot to get a free slurpee today. :(
They were DC nails and they had a picture of Harley on the box, but there were no nails with her on them. There was some girl trying to sell me a pack of fake nails at the Hot Topic store. They were really ugly. I think I could decorate fake nails better than that.
I found a Japanese store at the mall. I think it use to be a brick and mortar store in the area and then moved to the mall. I think I passed another one when I was looking for that place in Atlantic Square. I bought some Lucky Stick there.
They are the Meiji version of Pocky. Meiji also makes yan yan, but I tried it and I thought it was gross. (chocolate flavor)
There use to be a store in the mall that sold Asian housewares and stationary that was in the mall about 10 years ago. They use to sell Chibimaruko Chan stuff there.
To that guy who vandalized good for him! He's doing something with his life. Letterman doesn't deserve to have a show. You have no idea what you are talking about on your show. JUST SHUT THE FUCK UP! I HATE YOU! YOU HAS BEEN!

Hello, Double Chocolate!

I picked up more panda cookies they are chocolate chocolate Hello Panda cookies. I haven't tried them yet. When I do. I'll write a review on them. There were other flavors at the store like vanilla cookies with vanilla filling and vanilla cookies with strawberry flavoring. I'm not really big on strawberry flavoring. I didn't like the Koala's March strawberry ones. I wish there would have been "reverse" cookies. Chocolate cookie with vanilla filling.

Hello Panda review
Here is my review of my Hello Panda cookies. They are really cute. Some of these pictures are bad quality.
They come in 2 shapes round and shaped like a panda head.
The cookies depict pandas playing various sports. I like the rollerskating and football ones the best. I think it's football; maybe it's rugby.
The panda is holding a football shaped ball.
The taste is similar to Koala's March. The cookie has a bit of a different texture. The cookies aren't as hard as the Koala ones. The chocolate in the panda cookies is softer and fudgier than the Koala ones. The back of the box said "product of Singapore". I'm not sure if that made a difference in the taste.

Satan's Candy
I don't know why I can't resist going to the candy store at the mall. I always check the gummis for freshness. I stupidly bought some heavy candy that weighed down the bag, and made it cost more.
There were some cherry cola gummis. They made me think of that old fruit snack sodalicious.I really miss the ones that were lemon lime flavored. I wish there was a gummi similar to that. I miss sodalicious snacks. Those won't be coming back any time soon. Those are so sinful I'd have to make a deal with Satan himself to bring those back. I'd be better off eating a turkey and spinach pita sandwich.
I went to the mall looking for some stuff. I need to get a new belt. When I went to the store I usually buy belts at most of the belts were really wide. I hate that wide belt trend! I don't want something looks like a waist cincher.
Watched some MeTV. KDOC is the local affiliate. About 2 years ago they were going to be the This TV affiliate, but eventually it became a subchannel of KTLA.
