This was a good finale. It provided closure; yet left you hungry for a 3rd season if there is one. Not like the cliffhanger ending SAT AM Sonic the Hedgehog left me. Yes, I’m still mad about that and that was back in the 90s.
I don’t know I thought it was funny when John Henry kept rolling a 20.
I guess the phrase “Will you join us?” must be code between the Terminators or something. I think what a lot of the other fans think and that was Weaver who got loose on the Jimmy Carter.
The priest came back from the church Sarah and John got refuge in from Samson and Delilah. I thought it was funny when Sarah told the priest to pray about the story about the locks and he says Peter.
I didn’t notice that my tape stopped taping for whatever reason. At about the halfway point of the show. I guess I was so into the show I didn’t notice it. When I finally did it was the ending when John and Weaver had time traveled. I know I live in like 2002 technology wise. So anything I write about past the part when they get the passports from the chola I’m writing from memory and internet postings/summaries written by other people.
I feel I got cheated because the Terminator vs. Terminator action was between Weaver and that water delivery guy. I wanted to see her meet up with Cameron; even if they didn’t fight.
I have to say one of my favorite parts was when Weaver protected Ellison, John and Sarah and made herself into a shield. That has to be one of my favorite Weaver scenes in the whole season aside from the toilet one, cow’s blood and the cold lap. The eel is part of herself. It escaped after the tank broke because of the air attack. I guess she kept in the tank as an eel incase something happened to the rest of her?
I did love the metal bitch line. So Weaver was a rouge Terminator after all. Shirley’s badassneess just exudes out of her. (Ok I know badassness is not a word) :P
I have to question why did John agree to go with Weaver? He barely knew her. Was it because he wanted to get Cameron’s chip? It was impulsive.
Here’s my mom’s take on the last scene of the episode (remember she has no knowledge of Terminator mythos of anything) She thinks that John Connor and Catharine Weaver died and went to hell. That’s why he saw Derek, Kyle and Alison.
The ending made me think about poor little Savannah. What is going to happen to her now that her mother is gone? Her real and fake mother. Maybe Ellison will take care of her now, or even Sarah.
Poor John when he went into the future and he thought he saw Cameron, until he realized how she was interacting with the dog and realized that’s somebody else; Alison Young.
I also wondered what happened to Weaver after she traveled to the future with John. After she put on the coat she just disappeared or something. Some people think she turned into the dog, but I don’t think so. Maybe she turned into something else in the background.
Be back tomorrow for a rant blog that is not Terminator related.

Adam Raised a Cain Episode Review
I know this review is late, but I got sick. I got a sore throat or something, so I can be really whiney about it. Just think tomorrow is the season/series finale. I wrote that because the fate of the show is till uncertain.
This was a great episode and worth missing a preseason baseball game for. It was so good I mindlessly ate half a bag of Happy Cola gummis. Ok ok, so I was wrong John Henry didn’t die, but somebody did. More on that later.
At the beginning of the episode Derek, Sarah, Cameron and John are at the
Cemetery at Charley’s grave. They find a phone with Savannah’s picture in it. John tells everybody that he remembers that girl when she was a patient of Dr. Sherman.
At school Savannah was IMing John Henry during class. The teacher thinks she is talking to somebody “bad”.
I have to say my favorite part was when Savannah told her mom she can’t sing. Maybe Shirley listened to me when I asked if there were going to be more references to her and her music in the show. J/K I’m just kidding myself right? Even my mom laughed at that part and she’s no Darkling. I think it would have been funny if somebody was listening to a Garbage song say like John and says something like “that is a great band!”. LOL!
This is my theory on why I think Savannah is important. I think she is part of the resistance. I think in some way she will revolt against her “mother”. I have been thinking about this ever since I saw “The Tower is Tall but the Fall is Short“. I should really post my old episode reviews I wrote on myspace.
When Savannah is doing her homework she was talking to John Henry on the phone. After that he notices there is a security breach, so he instructs Savannah what to do through the blue tooth earpiece she is using.
I don’t know I feel indifferent about the death of Derek. I mean I didn’t hate the character, but he wasn’t my favorite either. It is a loss to the show though. Maybe a different Derek will come back. When he got shot a lot of people think that Sarah or Cameron shot him, but when I watched the video again I noticed that the water delivery guy did. I didn’t think Sarah would no matter how mad she was a Derek.
It was a good thing that she remembered John Connor because he taught her how to tie her shoes in Dr. Sherman’s office. I liked the part she says Dr. Sherman died. She thinks it’s her fault that Derek died. She tells John about John Henry even though her mother told her not to talk about him. At first when she talks about him John thinks she has an imaginary friend. She says he can’t leave the basement because there is a cord in the back of his head. She also says Ellison teaches him stuff. They figure out what she is talking about.
I liked the part about the eel in Weaver‘s office. That thing is pretty creepy looking in her office. When she said it ate cuttlefish I thought about how good those are. They are good dried like jerky. She said it also eats other eels. I don’t know why I found it funny when she said “Please don‘t tap the glass.”
I think Weaver got the police to go to the theatre where Sarah was because she said she was going to meet with Sarah Connor.
I thought it was funny when John and Cameron are watching Sarah on tv in a store window. The store was called “Screen Time” LOL! :D

To the Lighthouse Episode Review
You know I said I was going to take some time off from this blog well I'll still be posting my Terminator episode reviews. The season is almost over and including this post I only have 3 more to post.
I missed a little of the first few minutes of the beginning of the episode. :( It was a flashback scene with John and Sarah. Then it went to Savannah and John Henry. She wants to play with him. She has little toy ducks. He tells he there are no little ducks on his island. She tells him he can change the rules. They are getting all ready to play when he starts to malfunction. Shirley’s hair looked really good. They had to unplug him.
The part when they talked about the daemons the song “Temptation Waits” immediately popped into my head. John Henry was hijacked.
Cameron tells Derek about Jesse’s miscarriage and that it was his.
Sarah takes John to a safe house a light house. There is a dog there and John is petting it. Then we see that the person at the safe house is no other than Charley Dixon. John and Charley talk about boats and the water. Whenever she sees John and Charley hanging out she stares longingly at them.
Sarah goes to the doctor after telling Charley that she found a lump in her breast. At the doctor she finds out that it is not cancer, but a piece of metal in her breast. Sarah realizes it’s a tracking device. They’ve been using it to track her all this time. She shuts off the device by using a defibrillator on herself.
They restart John Henry and he posted a Bible quote. When he is turned off it makes him “die”. It made me think when the turk was still posting that math book joke.
John realizes that Sarah didn’t tell Derek and Cameron about the safe house.
The people who are tracking Sarah eventually go to the hospital, but lose her because she shut down the device. Cameron and Derek are also being tracked. Derek gets captured. Cameron takes a picture of the license plate of the van that captured Derek. Cameron gets “shorted out” when some water is drenched on her. They are going to remove Cameron’s chip when she “wakes up”.
When Sarah comes back to the safe house she sees there was a fight there. I was sad when I saw the dog was killed. She finds Charley is dead on the water. John got away.
Charley is dead now, so that makes 2 dead characters so far. I heard that 3 characters are going to die. I noticed that the 2 characters that have died names end in “y”; Riley and Charley. My prediction for the next character to die is John Henry. I’m going with him because his name ends in “y”.

Today is the Day(part 2)Episode Review
Last week I wrote about part one. It was a 2 parter episode.
I don’t really have much to say about this episode. It was mostly about Jesse and her being on the sub. You knew that somebody was going to open what was in that box. It was so predictable. When it was opened there was a liquid metal terminator inside. It takes on the shape of one of the crew and then get loose in the sub. The whole human crew is paranoid because they think that everybody else is the liquid metal terminator. Jesse takes over the sub and the rest of the crew evacuates. The one thing I have to say is that now we know Jesse is not a terminator because she was pregnant. I think she blames Cameron for losing her baby.
I liked the part when John apologized to Cameron. Sarah is becoming more mistrusting of Cameron.
Shirley wasn’t in the episode much. She was only in 1 scene. John Henry found a bunch of undated documents that are probably for people Weaver is going to kill or has killed. John Henry spent more time with Ellison. Peregrine falcons don’t live in California. That is wrong. It was strange when Weaver said “Humans will disappoint you.”
I wonder how John figured out it was Jesse who killed Riley? In my opinion I think Derek didn’t kill Jesse for plot purposes. There is also a reference to the episode complications with the clock and John and Derek saying that word.
I like the part towards the end where Cameron is holding a pigeon.
Sorry if this review lacking. There really wasn’t much to write about.

Today is the Day Episode Review
I was going to write about something else, but I decided to post my episode review today. The reason it is so late is because I needed to re-watch the episode. Plus I took a few days off.
Sarah decided to move. When she was packing up her neighbor told her about some dead blond girl they found in the river with a star tattoo and some attempted suicide scars. Star tattoos are tight. LOL!
It was funny when Cameron saw a pigeon and told it there was a 51% of her not killing it. Sarah found the parts Cameron was saving and burned them.
I don’t understand why Sarah thinks Cameron killed Riley with a gun. Cameron could just twist a person’s head and kill them. Remember when she hurt that girl in Alison from Palmdale? Cameron’s too smart for that. I understand why Derek does. He’s being brainwashed by Jesse. John eventually believes Cameron. Cameron and John decide to lie to Riley’s foster dad by impersonating Riley’s voice on the phone. John doesn’t tell her that she’s dead. Later John goes to the morgue to see Riley’s body and say goodbye.
I thought it was funny when Catharine Weaver explained to Savannah about patience in a very complex way. Then she is lured into the basement by John Henry to play hide and seek. If Catherine really wanted to look for Savannah she would have just tracked her. Cameron can do that and she is a lesser 800 series model. Instead she goes to John Henry and decides to play a game with him instead immanently looking for Savannah. Why isn’t Ellison suspicious of this more than being enraged? Eventually they find Savannah in the helicopter.
Is Jesse really a Terminator? There is something strange about her. There was a flashback of when she was on the Jimmy Carter.
Why do a lot of people say Shirley looks like Mackenzie Smith? (the girl who plays Savannah) Is it because they are both red heads? Who does Shirley look like?…That’s really hard to say. She has a unique look about her. With that red hair and those wide eyes. To be honest I’d have to say her mother. Have you seen that picture she posted of her in the blue dress on facebook? Or maybe a neighbor I use to have. This girl has to be about 27 now. She also had wide eyes and red hair.
When I was watching the show I found a nice surprise in my bag of gummi bears Quadruplets! This is better than twins or triples. Now if only I could find a chain of 8 bears.

Ourselves Alone Episode Review
This episode starts off with Cameron and the pigeon. It has been shown living in the Connor house in previous episodes. It was just so funny when Cameron was talking to it said things like “that‘s a window bird.”. It was kind of sad when she was trying to set it free and crushed it to death.
Riley got all freaked out when she saw Cameron slice her own arm open to try and repair herself. That would be freaky to see especially for somebody like Riley.
I don’t know why but, I thought it was funny when Sarah was scrubbing the blood off the bathroom floor the Riley left. I guess I think it’s funny to see Sarah doing something so domestic.
I thought it was kind of funny when Riley’s counselor was Jesse in disguise. Of course Sarah doesn’t know who she is. She doesn’t even know the connection with her and Derek.
I missed the ending the first time I watched it because I was watching wrestling. But I watched the ending later.
Ok so Riley is really dead now that Jesse shot her. Is she the “dead” character everybody was talking about? Or is it somebody else? Remember Cromartie? Are the Riley haters happy now?
Shirley wasn’t in this episode. Her name wasn’t in the credits. This episode was much better than last weeks. It didn’t drag on.

Some Must Watch, While Some Must Sleep Episode Review
Sarah is at a sleep clinic. She is scared and confused and she sees a coyote. At first I thought it was a wolf, and making reference to the Alison from Palmdale episode. That episode has more to do with Cameron than Sarah. My mom and I thought it was funny when Cameron said Sarah’s pancake recipe was the one Cameron found on the box.
So Sarah thinks that the sleep clinic is really some sort of cover for Skynet. She becomes more suspicious as time passes. She finds this secret basement room. The patient she shares a room with is a smoker. She eventually catches on fire. While Sarah was “asleep” she is being tortured by that guy who shot her. It was pretty gruesome.
I thought it was funny when Cameron hit the vending machine for John and a bunch of chips fell out. I also I thought all the Summer/Cameron fans were going crazy when she walked by in a bra.
Sarah loses her teeth if she dreamed this it means that she feel that she has failed at something. Perhaps protecting John? Or stopping Skynet? Teeth dreams are very common. This episode is trying to make you think about what has Sarah dreamed, and what was really happening to her.
I found this episode really dull and not because Shirley wasn’t in it. It was also incredibly confusing. I kept changing it back from that to wrestling. John Cena was making a rare Smackdown appearance.
Speaking of dreams I had a really funny one on Sat. I had a dream I had really bad scene hair. My hair was the same color as it is in real life. I had the ugly choppy fluffy bangs. The rest of my hair looked scene too. In my dream I thought I looked good. I kept taking pictures of myself on my phone, and saying how great my hair looked. What does this dream mean? I don’t want to be scene in real life. I’m too old for that. Perhaps my dream is telling me I’m too old?

Desert Cantos episode review
In this episode Sarah, Derek, Cameron and John go to the mass funeral for the 32 workers who will killed by Weaver at the plant. The people say the plant was an air conditioning place or something.
Sarah meets a lady named Diane and John meets a girl named Zoe. He finds out that Zoe’s dad was the one who shot Sarah in the leg. I have to say for Sarah being shot in the leg 3 days ago and getting secret surgery. She healed quickly and is walking pretty well.
They go to this lake and see all these dead cows. Cameron said they were not shot because there were no bullet holes in them. They also ruled out water poisoning. This scene reminded me of an alien abduction special I saw many years ago. Ironically on Fox. Is this some type of reference to it? I use to read those Mysteries of the Unknown Time Life books. My dad ordered them.
Sarah and John figure out that Zoe’s father is not dead. I thought it was funny that Cameron served up a plate of food at the wake.
The red haired boy looked familiar. Didn’t he use to do Pizza Hut and toy commercials back in the 90s?
I thought it was funny when Savannah said her mom’s lap is cold. Of course it is. It’s made of metal. Catherine is learning to emote better, but she still isn’t human. I thought it was funny when she told Ellison’s story to Savannah, and passed it off as her own. The same father that provided her with butcher paper that smelled like Cow’s blood.
I feel that the way Catharine treats Savannah is like the way my dad treats me. I swear if he didn’t fart a lot. I’d think he was a terminator.
The part at the end with the spaceship looking thing was so dumb!
I really hope Fox shows all the episodes left; all 7 of them. The future of this show looks bleak. Maybe the fans should send something to Fox like the Jericho and Roswell fans did.
I’m kind of sad they didn’t use Shirley as a mentor on American Idol. I wish they would have. It would have been great promotion for the show. American Idol is Fox’s ratings juggernaut. Maybe they didn’t use her because she doesn’t have a label. I guess if they really wanted her somebody could have quickly signed her to one. I’m not sure. I don’t know about all the legality with record labels and such.
Speaking of Shirley she was a guest on Talk Show yesterday. The interview was pretty good. Although Spike was disrespectful to her. He was making fun of her accent. He said she sounded like Groundskeeper Willie. This made me think she would be a great guest star on The Simpsons. She could be like a mentor to Lisa or something. Maybe Willie could have a crush on her.

The Good Wound Episode Review
You know for the return of the show I bought a lot of candy to eat during it. It just feels a little weird watching it on a Friday. I’m not use to it.
This episode was confusing at first. Sarah sees Kyle. It sort of reminded me of this Korean drama where this guy was dying and hallucinating and he could see the dead. You know I thought Riley was dead. Oh well.
I thought it was funny when John Henry tells Weaver that he knows she’s not human and that he can see it in her eyes. That made me laugh. She told him not to tell anybody that. He says that they are both made of metal, but she is made of a different kind of metal. It was funny because she cave him that confused look. She’s really good.
Both Sarah and Riley get out of the hospital. I still don’t really know what is up with Jesse and Riley. You know Riley made a reference to that girl from the 1st season who committed suicide.
One of my favorite parts was when Weaver went to desert warehouse and had a terminator killing spree. Then she eventually blew up the warehouse. Could it have something to do with Zeriacorp? It was reminiscent of the movies when Weaver is walking out of the fire.
This really has nothing to do with the episode, but I was still working on my bag of gummi bears. I bought them for the return of the show. I bought a lot of candy and snacks for the last 9 episodes of season 2 (the back 9). My dad was bugging me again while I was watching it. He was bothering me for yellow gummi bears. Which I really don’t mind. I don’t like those anyway. I usually pick a bag that has a lot of white, red or green ones in them. The white ones are my favorite in a standard bag. (red, green, white, orange, and yellow). He got made because there weren’t more yellow ones. I did find a really cool twin white bear.

Wow! Twin and triplet bears in the same bag! Score! The good thing was that he didn’t bother me this time and keep asking if Shirley has appeared or not.

Earthlings Welcome Here Episode Review
Sarah went to the UFO convention to see what the 3 dots means. The Abraham blogs. She calls John and he says this funny line about bloggers. “We all know how reliable bloggers are.”. There is a lot of tension between Cameron and Riley. It was funny when Cameron says Peachy Keen is her favorite flavor of smoothie. Cameron can’t drink. We learn of Riley’s back story about how Jesse found her. Riley was all stressed out and dirty. They are both from the future.
Shirley looked great with her long side bangs. Her shirt was white and had puffy sleeves. It reminded me of the “pirate shirt” from Seinfeld.
We learn of Riley and Jesse’s reason of why Riley has to meet up with John. To learn about him or something. It was funny when Cameron tells Riley “Your tattoo is tight.” I don’t know just the way she said it made me laugh. It was also funny when she said she would get a tattoo of tiger or a wolf. Like she could.
Sarah meets up with Abraham and sees it was the lady she met up with earlier in disguise. It was really Alan. Alan tells Sarah that he had a piece of “alien” metal. They go to the storage facility when Alan stashed some away. When they got there the metal was gone and some mystery person on a motorcycle shot at them. It might have even been a terminator. Sarah tells Alan to go a therapist Sarah listens in on the session, but as she is listening Alan and the therapist are killed by the mysterious motorcycle person. Sarah follows the description from the session to go where Alan use to work. When she gets there she gets shot in the leg. She manages to get out of the warehouse she was shot at and she sees her former self and the 3 dots. Was she abducted? Did Riley commit suicide? Is she dead now? Are the Riley haters happy?

Alpine Fields Episode Review
This episode did not have Shirley in it. Her name is not listed in the credits. In this episode is mostly about the Alpine family and Derek. It’s a Derek-centric episode. This episode doesn’t even have John Connor in it. Not even just a little.
The one part I did like was when Derek is thinking about when he met Jesse. Actually it was mentioned in The Tower is Tall But The Fall is Short when Derek talks about suicide, and he said somebody told him his fly was open.
One of my favorite quotes from the show came from that episode though. When Lauren tells Sarah “Don‘t confuse close with happy.” I love that quote! It totally describes my family life. It especially did after we moved.
It was funny when Jesse said about the Jimmy Carter.
I didn’t like this episode very much and not because of the lack of Shirley in it. I enjoyed Mr. Ferguson is Ill Today and Self Made Man, and she was not in those episodes. I found this episode boring and I didn’t take many notes on it.
Speaking Terminator Shirley is a guest on Ferguson tomorrow (it‘s on early in the morning) It will technically be on the 13th. But she shot it today. I will do a lot damage to a bag of gummi bears as I watch it.

Self Made Man Episode Review
This episode did not have Shirley in it. Her name is not listed in the credits. In this episode Cameron hangs out with some guy in a wheelchair who works at a library, and brings him donuts. While she was looking at pictures she ended up recognizing a terminator in a photo from the 1920s.
Riley tricked John into going to a party.
Cameron pissed off Eric (the wheelchair guy) by talking about death and suicide. She also let him fire her gun.
Riley and John hang with some cholos, and they play video games.
Cameron and the guy are trying to solve the mystery about what happened on that New Years day. They look all through the library for articles and clues. I liked when they watched the news footage from the 80s. They did a good job of making it look like it was from the 80s.
She learns that you can tell the date by the position of the stars. She figures out that the terminator was sent to the wrong date. Cameron needs to learn about the Pico Tower. Eric tells her it’s closed and under construction. When she eventually gets there she remembers something is going to happen there in 2010. She finds the terminator hidden in the wall and destroys it.
Cameron needs better people skills hers are worse than mine. But she is a terminator, so she is excused. This was another Cameron-centric episode, but I liked it. It was like a little mystery.
When she goes back to the library the next day she sees Eric isn’t there anymore; it’s some girl. She doesn’t know who Eric is. Cameron offers her the donuts which I though was funny.
I think I would be friends with Cameron if she was real; especially if she brought me donuts.

Strange Things Happen at the one-two Point
I have my first Terminator episode review since I moved. I needed to post these a while ago. I have written them out an everything; they just need to be typed out. The show is returning in like 3 days.
This was the first episode I watched after the move. It was so great watching it alone and not being bothered by my parents. I had my little bag of gummi bears. My dad usually bothers me while I’m watching the show and says things like “Has Shirley been on yet?” or “Is that her?”. He usually talks over her dialogue during the show.
How do the shippers of the show feel about John and Cameron?
Shirley looked great in that dress she was wearing. She looks good in gray. She looked great with her hair down it was very brassy. It’s nice when they keep her hair on her face.
Sarah Gale? If that doesn’t scream Wizard of Oz reference I don’t know what does. When Sarah was talking about music she didn’t mention Garbage. One has to question does that band exist in Terminator mythology? It was funny when they said the 80s was far back. Like the first movie?
Nice reference to Azusa. Represent! LOL!
The reason Sherman was killed was because he meddled in the AI. It was cool when Ellison was talking to it. Ellison knows that somebody or something killed Sherman. Weaver is getting suspicious of him. He’s playing into her trap. I hope he doesn’t get killed in the bathroom.
