People all Over the World

I'm sad that Don Cornelius died. I think some people confuse him with the Rudolph character Yukon Cornelius. :P

Seriously what was all the hype about Leslie Carter? I've never heard of her. I had to Google her. Was she famous? As famous as Cornelius?

Sticky Christmas

I got another strange text message from the same number who sent me one last year. This year the message said "Happy Christmas!" last year it said "Happy Christmas! Be careful. Keep on Keeping On."

I got a new phone and I've been busy cleaning out my old one. I want to make sure I don't erase anything important. Too bad the new one doesn't have a place to put a charm on it. Oh well. The phone was a replacement phone. I'm gonna be super careful with this phone. I'm even buying a case for it.

I got a new MP3 player too which was also a replacement. Added "Pretty Horses" and "Lighten Up" onto this one. I think it could use some 90s R&B. I'm thinking "Thank You" or "End of the Road" by Boyz II Men.

The worst part was my dad spilled grape juice all over me. Luckily it was the white one, but I was sticky all day even after I washed off. Somehow like always he brings it back to back to me. It was my fault he spilled it. That was it! I decided to drink water for the rest of the day. It's not as sticky.

Christmas for Sluts

The alternate title for this was Have Yourself a Slutty Little Christmas.

I was looking at these holiday themed outfits. I found the Gingerbread one after I posted that blog about finding the Watermelon Girl and Peppermint Girl outfits. Somebody on a website pointed out that the cookie on the apron is over the crotch. @.@

This Candy Cane costume isn’t so bad.
This Candy cane cutie costume doesn’t seem very candy striped to me. I think it should be called “Holly” something like Holly babe.
Santa’s Lil Ho Ho Ho. It’s um… I found that costume by accident. I typed in “Santa‘s ho costume” and that came up.
There is always the Naughty Elf costume.

Back in Brown

Shopping with my dad wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. On a pain scale I would say bike crashing into a tree, but I can walk away from it semi-limping. I wanted it to be more like a bandage getting ripped off my skin.

Why do all the headphones have to have something on them? Where are the plain ones? Why do they have to say "Rawwwr" or have a flag on the side? It's so hard for me to find something. Most of the stores stock is earbuds anyway.

There was nothing partially interesting at the mall. Hot Topic still doesn't sell the kind of junky jewelry I want. It was funny to see a Rihanna shirt for sale in there near a Glee CD. IDK those items seem a little out of place there.

The holiday Glee episode was good. It was totally in character for Rachel to wear tacky winter sweaters. The Cheerios socks were cute. I saw Santa today too; his workshop was near the Hickory Farms kiosk. I wasn't there for Santa I was looking for cheese. I thought they were going to sing more songs from Christmas specials. The misfit toys one fit well. When I was a kid I thought I needed to live on that island, and it made me think about mistreating my toys. I was singing along with them. *whispers* sometimes I like to sing along with the show softly if I know the song. But where was the roast beast? If Mr. Shue was a character from Rudolph he would be Hermy because they are noted for their hair.

It reminded me of my dead friend when I gave her a Christmas card that I drew a picture of Sailor Moon on for her. I think that year we also had to write about what we wanted for Christmas in French class. I wanted a Sakura doll. Sakura from Cardcaptors.

I'm back to being a brunette. *yawn!* I thought the dye I got was in my color family, but I don't think it is. Oh well it has gold undertones which work with my hair.

I was thinking about the banned word list. I know it won't come out until the end of the month, but I'm wondering which words I CAN'T use next year and make a note not to. My mom thinks I'm silly because I follow the list. I don't even have any predictions on which words I think will be on there.

Cookies and Candy

Chocolate covered Cordial blueberries
These are tarter than the cherries. After you eat a few they become an acquired taste.

Candy cane Oreos
My dad bought these to try. He thought they were just Oreos with colored frosting. They are not they have crushed up candy cane pieces in the frosting. I thought they were really gross. He couldn't taste the peppermint flavor, and it's really strong. I've said before he has no taste.

Strange Christmas? :/

Christmas was very strange this year; first I got a forged Christmas card. Later I got a very strange text message. A Christmas themed one and I have no idea who it is from. All I can say is that it did come from a local number; one from the same area code as mine.

I got what I wanted. I got that speaker pillow I really wanted and those Terminator DVDs. the speaker pillow is really handy. I like using it to listen to music before I fall asleep. Here is a picture of it.

If you want to order one there is one available on amazon.com. There is also a pig version.

Lakers played horribly today. As I watched this I gorged on a shrimp ring "The ocean called; they're running out of shrimp." I don't like fish, but I can't pass up the shellfish. Speaking of basketball I never did finish my basketball themed Christmas song. It was easy rhyming words with the word "basketball" like "tall", "stall", "mall", and "fall".

I think I'm going to blog about the year ending and the decade too. Maybe I'll make a fashion blog.

Death and Basketball

I came up with a new theme for a Christmas carol; one about basketball. I'm pretty sure there isn't a basketball themed Christmas carol, but please correct me if I'm wrong.

I was saddened by the death of Brittany Murphy. I'm not a big fan of her or anything, but I have seen some of her work like Clueless, 8 Mile and King of the Hill. Of course my mom didn't know who she was; until I told she was the voice for Luanne. Coincidentally Luanne is one of the cartoon voices I can imitate aside from various Pokemon. Funny that I just mentioned Clueless in my blog last week. It was a big influence to me growing up.

Miscellaneous Blog #27 (Holiday Blog)

I decided to blog sporadically for the rest of the year. Actually I've been feeling pretty lethargic.

Actually I like to address a few things. You know I thought The Rant Blog was going to help me get out my feelings, but in hindsight I feel it has just made me angrier.

Anyway on to holiday related things. I'm in better spirits this year than I was last year. Even if I didn't decorate my room. I'm going to take it easy and watch my specials I have on tape and DVD. I feel like watching Garfield. I like that Christmas special. Even though I can't find all my DVDs I have enough to hold me over. Maybe I'll watch those Pokemon themed Christmas episodes.
Aside from watching Christmas programming. I've been reading catalogs; especially food ones. I've been salivating at pictures of hams, turkeys, gummi candy, chocolate, and toffee. I love toffee. Oh yeah and I looked at the toy catalog too, but there are no toys that really interested me this year. Not even the Zhu Zhu pets.

Here's an old Chritmas picture I drew a long time ago. It was between the ages of 12-14. I must say I didn't do a very good job of coloring it.
Here's another drawing of a panda and a cat in a stocking.

Think Pink and Yellow

After watching a Pink Panther cartoon a few days ago. I started thinking about the Pink Panther lemonade. I use to love drinking this as a kid. Was it not well known or something because the first time I tried looking it up on the web a few days ago I couldn't find anything. I just put it in Google image search and I found a picture of it. I couldn't remember if there was a picture of his sons on it or not.

Then I started thinking about the ice cream. Which is more well known. Do they still make those? They sort of tasted like those one that looked like a foot. Are the foot ones still around too?

That was the pink part of the blog and here comes the yellow.

Here is a pikachu doodle I drew earlier today. I was inspired by this Santa pikachu picture. I thought "Why not make pikachu an elf?"

Perspectives on Rudolph the red nose Reindeer

As I was watching Rudolph tonight there were a lot of things I didn't really think about when I watched it when I was a kid. For example the head elf complains the Hermy wasn't very productive. If he wasn't very productive and denied a break why didn't the head elf give up his 10 minute break to supervise Hermy?

Also this special is very sexist. The male elves wear blue and the female elves wear pink. I'm not including the supervisor elf who wears green.

Also Santa is a jerk. Who gives him the right to say about Rudolph? That's why he wasn't eating. It was the stress of being a jerk.

I also think that Rudolph's Shiny New Year happens during this show. Between Rudolph being a kid and reaching adulthood.

When I was a kid I use to watch this special, and see the part about the misfit toys. I use to think that if I didn't play with my toys they would end up there. It use to scare me as a kid. The misfit toys most of them remind me of those junky toys you find at the dollar store that don't work quite right. What is the deal with doll? I think she there because it's all in her head.

The bumble didn't really scare me it looks sort of goofy and reminds me of an Isotope slipper in some way.

It was funny because for a while I was referring to Yukon Cornelius as Don Cornelius. Rudolph and Hermy are riding the Soul Sled. I bet there are people who confuse the character from A Christmas Carol; Jacob Marley with Bob Marley.

It was funny when my dad referred to Hermy as a "boy". Also why does Hermy have a different hairstyle than the other elves? He does sort of look like a boy.

October Already!?

I can't believe it's October already. I wonder what this month will bring? I don't know yet... I did change my the background on my twitter page. I'm working on some more blogs. I have a really special one I'm writing coming up soon. Which reminds me I need to hit up the mall to get some costume supplies. which I still haven't done. The one thing I plan on doing this month is gorging on candy. Maybe I should try and buy some caramel apple pops or some other seasonal candy like candy corn, pumpkins, or those peanut butter candy that most people hate. Well I have been gorging on candy more than usual since I moved. It's like my drug. I wonder how long it will be before I see a Christmas commercial? I give it about 23-25 days.

Here are a few edits to my blog I forgot to mention that I'm either thinking about dying my hair either reddish brown or black. How weird would I look with black hair? Well at least I wouldn't have to change my eyebrows. Also I left a red head off my list by accident. I forgot to list
Mikuru Asahina, but if I did I guess that would have been "Classified information" or kinsoku jikō.
