Casual Stella

I bought more doll clothes So I knocked off another item of my Stella outfit wish list. Maybe I should focus on selling more than buying. I need to work on my Stella doll wish list. Now all I need from here season 1 (old version) casual outfit is the shoes. The skirt has like little panties sewn in.

I'm going to add this outfit. All I want is the top, skirt and shoes. I don't really care about the other accessories (the phone and purse)

I'm sad because one of the straps on my Bratz dress broke off.

My dad is so nosy. He has to know who I'm getting letters from. It's so hard for me to buy things by mail unless I notify him in advance. Especially if I buy something big like a DVD or something.

I'm trying to think of all the big name fast food places and restaurants I can apply to. Places that accept "ugly people". It's hard thinking of places.

New Winx Club Dolls

I'm upset since I heard that Jakks Pacific are going to make the new winx club dolls. I really hope they use a good body for them. The Mattel ones had a "Leggy" doll body.

What other dolls did they make? Will they use a "recycled" body? Maybe the dolls will be somewhat compatible and be able to "share" clothes with the old dolls. I hope they don't use those Juku Couture bodies. I hope the dolls have good eyes. It seems like the doll makers (Mattel, Simba, and Giochi Preziosi) have a hard time replicating the eyes on these dolls. They look nothing like how they do on the cartoon. Some dolls to me look crossed eyed or something. The Pixie dolls weren't bad.

Who knows maybe my cousins will get into the new version of the Winx Club. They are only 1 and 3 so when the next few seasons come out they will be about 3 and 6.

Free Hat

With the new dub of Winx club which I caught some clips of it on youtube watching it reminded me of the South Park episode "Free Hat". Where the directors kept changing movies. I heard that Rainbow changed the animation because it looked out dated. It looks weird now especially if somebody has watched the old episodes. I did they really need to re-do Stella's wand and their outfits? That's like totally defacing the cartoon! I feel like the South Park kids in "Free Hat".

For the voices I know some of them are voiced by teenagers.

Stella: not boastful enough sound too meek for Stella, sounds like a kid
Flora: needs some improvement it's lacking something
Tecna: too bland kinda sounds like the old Bloom

I know some people are happy it got out of 4kids hands, but the hands it went into might be just as bad. I think it's funny that a bunch of teenagers are complaining about the new version and how their childhood is ruined. I would not be in this group since I first saw Winx Club when I was 20. I guess the old "bad" version makes them nostalgic? I miss the boastful Stella voice. When I use to play Fashion Polly and Magical Minis Winx with my cousin I would use that boastful Stella voice. It would annoy my mom. I'd also use the word "couture" a lot. @.@

I have a great idea for another Winx Club themed parody song. My "Umbrella" song didn't work out. This time I'm gonna use a punk song.

Prism Fly

Former First Lady Mrs. Ford died in honor of her death kick back a stiff one and listen to "Raise Your Glass" the Warblers cover.

I was watching Angel’s Friends and the more I watch it the more it reminds me of Winx Club. (aside from the English voice actors)

Bloom and Raf’s color is a shade of blue. Although some claim that Bloom’s is teal. They come from a “mysterious” origin. Bloom’s was the destruction of Sparx/Domino . Raf’s was having an angel mother and a mortal father. Both of them have some problem why they can’t reach another advanced form. They “force” it to happen.

Prism Fly is that every angel and devil has a chromatic essence. On the angels Prism Fly looks mysteriously similar to Enchantix. Urie’s wings look more like Belelivix. Although the female devils get very elegant outfits which don’t seem very devilish at all. They look like something in between Disenchantix and Enchantix. The male devils outfits just look like fancy casual clothes. They are not sparkly. Why was Cabiria's color blue?

I’d buy a set of official DVDs of Angel's Friends (English dub or sub) for a reasonable price.

Ungrateful Wretch

I'm an ungrateful wretch because I'm not appreciating Nickelodeon's version of the Winx Club. All the voices were changed. Well at least they are calling "Layla" "Aisha" again. I haven't heard the voices yet...

It made me think about when Cloverway took over dubbing for Sailor Moon. At least they kept some of the VAs like Jupiter and Mars. Their voice for Rini was way better than the Dic one. The Dic Rini voice sounded really weird, so weird I could impersonate it. The person who voiced Cloverway Rini went on to voice Kara in Di-Gata Defenders

The one thing I really hope even if the voice actors are different is that there will be more dolls released in the US. The same size and maker. 10 inch Mattel dolls, so I can buy more clothes for my Stella doll.

Weakness for Gel Pens and doll Clothes

My mom says my weakness it gel pens. I don't know maybe. I'd say diary supplies as a whole including pens and diaries.

Lately I've been showing a weakness for Mattel Winx Club doll clothes. I decided now that since I have a Stella doll I'm going to focus on getting Stella's outfit pieces.

The heat is sweltering! I feel depleted.

My outfit and shoes arrived for Stella.The outfit I bought was incomplete, but I knew that when I bought it. I saved a lot of money the carded versions sell for about double. All I really wanted was the skirt, top, and shoes. I think the green stole doesn't really go with it. There is a picture of the carded outfit here. I'm going to make my own stole and purse.

I think the shoes are Musa's shoes. They go really well with this Bratz dress I already own.

Look all you Want Just Don't Touch the Hair!

Here are some shoes and a dress I got for my Stella doll. She is a spoiled doll.


I wanted the Flora shoes because I thought they would look good for a 90s look I was designing for her. I think those shoes would look good with a long skirt. The shoes really match the pink skirt she is wearing.
The green Layla boots look good with this Barbie Snap n Play skirt. It makes Stella look a little high wasted. The white soles look good with the white accents on the skirt.
The red dress and boots are a set. I think they look good on her. I thought the dress would look good on a Musa doll. But I don't have one. The gold accents go nicely with Stella's blond hair.

Winx Undies?

I was at the store looking for some gloves for my Halloween costume. They didn't have any, but I did spot this interesting item. Flora panties?! I'm not sure who they are for I mean for a kid or a teen. That store sells teen and women's clothes. From what I can tell they are bootleg. I didn't see any licensing marks. It looks like an iron on. There were other pairs with different (non Winx) designs on them. In case you are wondering I did not buy them.

Hello Kitty one and a rabbit one.

I got a new video today and found one of my long lost cartoons! Victory! I wrote about looking for those cartoons a while ago. I found the 3 Little Pigs cartoon I was looking for. Too bad I couldn't find the 2 Spoiled Bears cartoon. :( I might post screen caps soon. I haven't decided yet.

I tried some violet flavored gum. I didn't really like it. To me it tasted like soap.

Angel's Friends

I don't know much about this show. I can't find a lot of info about it in English on the web. I was very curious to see this show since I heard it was like the Winx Club. The shows do have a lot in common. They are both Italian productions, the English dub I saw has some of the 4Kids voice actors, the characters have a similar look to them. Raf has Bloom's voice and Cabiria has Musa's voice. Liza Ortiz's voice is very identifiable. I think I might have heard Veronica Taylor and Dan Green in there too. I'm not sure who dubbed this. I can't find any info on the company or the voice actors.

I've only seen 1 episode, and read what little I can find about this show on the web. I sort of understand the plot. It's about angels and devils who help people out. When the angel and the devil get into an argument they challenge each other to something like horse riding. The characters can also disguise themselves like Sailor Moon does with the Luna Pen. They also have a henshin/transformation when they change into their outfits. The angels wear outfits that are sparkly. There are 2 schools an angel and devil school. Which reminded me of the 3 schools in the Winx Club (I'm using the 4Kids names) Alfea, Cloud Tower, and Red Fountain. I'm not including Beta since it was only mentioned and never shown on the series. Or at least the episodes I saw.

There is a problem with the show. It wasn't dubbed very well. I noticed the characters' mouths still moving when they are not speaking. It airs too early where I live. That is more of an affiliate problem.

The Dawn of September

September is upon us now. It came so quickly. Labour day is next week. Yeah I spelled it the British way. Pretty soon it will be October, and then Christmas and then my birthday.

I have big plans for this month. Well actually talking about them isn't going to do anything I have to act on them. First up is the neighborhood yard sale. I'm going to be more prepared than last time. Hopefully people buy something. Then I'm off to my next venture. But I'm taking one thing at a time.

I'm working on some more blogs about Halloween costumes; slutty and non-slutty.

How likely is it for all the tv and radio towers to burn down on Mt. Wilson? You know people said they were going to burn down on Sunday night. I'm really wondering what would happen? Well I have a DVD ready in the player in case there is no tv.

You know I still haven't changed layout for my myspace page. I updated my lastfm profile, so I'm not touching that for a while. Maybe I'll change my facebook profile pic this month. To something that represents me better. I'm also thinking about changing the background on my twitter page again.

I went shopping today, and I bought a lot of hair accessories. I bought a purple hair band with a bow on the side as an impulse buy. It reminded me of Stella from Winx Club. Her season 1 casual/civilian outfit.
I like hair bands. They remind me of Blair Waldorf from Gossip Girl too. Blair always looks so polished.

I was very excited this morning when I saw that the Winx Club was back on tv! ^-^ Yeah I nerded out for it. I hope the 4th season gets dubbed and shown in the US. Maybe I should just invest in a region 2 DVD player so I can play European DVDs.

I forgot to mention that my dead friend is physically dead. It's not like we had a falling out and she is "dead to me". I miss her a lot. When I was a freshman in college we would send correspondence to each other. It was funny because she use to think I was so on top of the then current youth culture. I never really was, but it looked that way to her. I think she thought I was hip and trendy. She wanted to know why No Doubt was so popular with people my age. I could never really explain that to her. I'm such a sentimental person I saved all the correspondence she sent me. It's hidden in a secret place. I have all the correspondence my friends have given me over they years. (snail mail and hand written paper notes)

It's hard when you meet people and you don't know their name. I hate when that happens. It feels so informal. So I decided to ask for names and when I did I met somebody with the same first name as me. LOL! My name is so common. We just laughed. Well I'll remember her name. I bet I have a 1 in 3 chance of meeting somebody with the same first name as me. It's that common.

I got the strangest compliment today I met this girl and she is in high school and she asked me what high school I go to. I haven't been in high school since 2002. Do I really look that young? I don't care it's clean and I'm taking it. ^-^ Maybe it was the Hello Kitty shirt I was wearing? Strange things happen to me in that Hello Kitty shirt. One time I wore it and I won a trivia game in my film history class, and for the prize I chose the Hello Kitty toothbrush. I'll elaborate more on that story if you want; in another blog.My hair was not in a "childish" hair style like pigtails. It was in a frizzy bun. Which made me think 10 years ago I was going into 10th grade. I thought about this since it is the 10 year anniversary of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? I remember when the show first came out was when I first got my stuffed pikachu.

Twitter Friend- A parody of Bad Boyfriend

I wrote this yesterday night. It took me a couple of hours. I was going to use “Queer”, but it was too hard for me to use to write about twitter. This is the first “nerdy” parody song I wrote. Tell me what you think. I had been working on a parody of Rihannna’s “Umbrella” which was going to be a song about the Winx Club character Stella. Who is my favorite character BTW. I also tried to write a parody of “I Think I‘m Paranoid” about being unemployed called “I Think I‘m Unemployed”, but I couldn’t work out the chorus on that one. I was so inspired by Weird Al’s “White & Nerdy” to write song about the otaku culture. I was going to use Imperial Teen’s “Yoo Hoo”. I never got past the chorus. Are you a Fan?

Why do fans snub other fans? I’m talking about fans of the same thing within a fan community? It seems really silly although there are jerky fans in any community. I’m not going to single out particular groups, but I have dealt with some pretty jerky fans. These are all groups I associate myself with. I’m not going to make fun of groups I don’t belong to like say Jonas Brothers fans.

The Winx club fans can be jerky sometimes. I remember this one time I got chewed out on a Winx Club message board because I misspelled “enchantix” as “enchantrix”. I make a note now on message boards stating that I am a native speaker of English, but a bad speller. I also hate it when the fans insist you use the original Italian names. I know some of them like Layla is Aisha. So if they use that one I won’t get confused. I totally forget the names of the schools though.

OMG! I talked to one of the silliest Sailor Moon fans online. She got mad because the Skye Sweetnam (what happened to her?) song “Hypocrite” mentions Sailor Moon. In my personal opinion I think the song is taking about not calling Skye a hypocrite. I’m not really sure I have not listened to the song.

Back when I took Japanese I wanted to hide the fact that I liked anime because I didn’t want other people in the class thinking I was in there just because of anime. I don’t want to say it was one of the many reasons I wanted to learn Japanese. Like I’ve stated before those are the kind of people that get made fun of in your class by the other students especially if you don’t stop talking about anime. This type of student is mentioned in this article. Within the second week Sailor Moon was mentioned. It was just a matter of time before the series was. I use to hide my Sailor Moon fandom in my Japanese class. Which was so hard to do. It killed me.

There was also this annoying otaku girl. She was always boasting about her knowledge of anime, Japan, and the Japanese language. I felt she was very immature. I just want to tell her I’m sorry for snubbing you. That was wrong on my part. I took some bad advice.

”We were learning some English loan words. Those are pretty easy. I'm still having trouble reading and writing Hiragana. Those 2 otakus got into a discussion about anime again when we learned the word "inu" which means dog and this girl brought the subject of Inuyasha. Which lead into a full blown anime discussion. Then some other people were naming other animes and the otaku girl was snobbing the most of the animes named. She said Digimon is crap. Now I wouldn't say it's crap, but it isn't that good. But I don't snub animes. Hey if you like Digimon, great. Cause I know there haters out there for every anime ever made. Dragonball haters, Pokemon haters, Inuyasha haters, Voltron haters, Sailor Moon haters, One Piece haters, Naruto haters, and so on. So this one girl says that Sailor Moon is the girls' version of Dragonball. So the otaku girl who was sitting behind me was saying that Sailor Moon is more "dark and twisted" than Dragonball. I really don't know I'm not a Dragonball fan. I've seen a few Z episodes, but that's about it. Those 2 girls were really getting into that discussion and talking over the teacher. They were really getting into the Sailor Moon discussion talking about the "cousins" and what they really are, the difference between Chibi Chibi and Rini/Chibiusa and other elements from the series. She was saying about how the manga is better than the anime, and I agree. She says she likes the Stars season/saga. I'm familiar with Stars. I mean I know the plot, but I've never seen it or read the manga. When it was break time so they left the room to carry on the discussion. Since I wasn't in on the discussion I didn't leave the room, plus I was still working on my Hiragana and I needed help from the teacher. When they came back the girl said she is not an otaku because they are way more into anime and manga than her, and if she not then I must be otaku extra lite. Then they said not to say anything bad in front of a Sailor Moon fan girl which they totally were, but didn't know, and I didn't want them to. Plus they were acting like all the fan girls would get pissed if they talked ill of Sailor Moon. Just for the record we are all not like that.”


I know a lot of fans of other wrestlers HATE John Cena fans. But I’m only going to talk about the Cena fans interacting with the other Cena fans. I’ll admit some Cena fans can be annoying. They write very inane things about Cena on the internet and usually only like him for his “hotness”. They usually claim he is the best wrestler ever. I want to say that I like Cena as much as the next person (who likes him), but I don’t like him based on his “hotness” or his “superior wrestling ability”. I like him because he is funny, passionate about his job, has good mic skills, and is good to his fans. They usually have silly Cena-centric user names like “future Mrs. Cena”, “Cena‘s wifey” or “Alice Cena”. They just make Cena their last name. This kind of user name is common I see it with many other celebrities last names.

I wasn’t planning on writing about these fans, but since Drew Carey addressed them in his blog and what they were writing about and to him I thought they deserved a little nod. I want to say that I have been to quote Bob here “A loyal friend and true” to the show since 1986. I’m not here to out fan any other Price fan. There are many fans of all ages who have been watching for different intervals of time. I just want to say that I belong to that site that Drew mentions. I don’t go on there or post there much, and when I do I mostly express my love for Holly (former Barker‘s Beauty who was fired in 1995 for gaining too much weight) and the retired game Superball. I feel my knowledge of Price is not very extensive. I do recommend going to that site if you want to see screenshots of old shows and to see/remember what old props, sets, and games looked like. I don’t know what happened between Drew and that site I remember they organized a fan chat together.

Miscellaneous Blog #3

I noticed there were a lot of mistakes in my previous blog and it needs a lot of editing.

It was so hot yesterday I was wearing a hairstyle I stole from Shirley. I haven’t worn that hairstyle since August. I think on her birthday. She was born on August 26th you know. She’s a Virgo. It couldn’t wear it with the length my hair was back then the little braids made my neck really itchy. My hair is longer now so the braids just rest on my shoulders. Plus I don’t wear my ponytail as high on my head as she is in the picture. I like to keep mine at ear level.



Later I got the idea why not steal and wear 2 of her hairstyles at the same time? Since my bangs are too short to be pulled back and they kind of fall over my left eye. I thought I can steal her bangs style from that video. I’ll wear my hair in the back in the 2 braids and have my long bangs in the front. I can have Version 2.0 era hair and Beautifulgarbage at the same time. I’m not cutting as short as she has it in the “Androgyny” video. People would mistake me for a man and I could go in the men’s room as long as a urinal doesn't kill me.. “I’ll free your mind”, alright “and the rest will follow“. People already mistake me for a guy when I wear my hair back. I don’t like to wear my hair down because it looks too “messy”. I can’t win! I think Shirley’s hair in the “Androgyny” video looks like Tecna’s hair from the Winx Club. There are a lot of similarities; especially with the bangs.





I decided that the blog that is frustrating me should just be broken up into parts; at least 2 of them. I’m not even talking about or including the companion blogs that go with it.

Since March Madness started today I have a funny little blog posted in my archives about what happened to me last year when I tried to watch the CSUF game. It was posted on the 29th, but it really happened on the 20th.

My dad is such a computer N00B. He didn’t know what a browser is. He clicks on the X on those banner ads because he thinks that will close them. It just makes more.

This chicken nugget blog is an old one I wrote back in like October. I never had time to post it with all the craziness of moving.

Chicken nuggets and scrambled eggs

I have no idea how I came up with this really. I guess I was thinking about how much I like that southern chicken style biscuit sandwich from McDonalds. There were some left over chicken nuggets from dinner and I thought I could cut them up and eat them with a scrambled egg. I thought I just try it to see if it tasted good. Surprisingly it actually did.



I got my doll shoes today. My parents can't believe I paid over $5 for them, but I don't care those kind of shoes are hard to get. Stella was so kind to model them for me. I'm really looking for some pumps for her. She has odd shaped feet. She can't wear Barbie pumps or flat Skipper shoes or even Ariel's shoes. It's easy to get clothes for her. She can fit in Bratz clothes and the knockoff ones I get at the Dollar Tree. She can also fit in some knockoff shoes I got there too, but most of the knockoff shoes I got there are like a mountain boot. I can even make clothes for her if I wanted. I'm still going to try.

Winx Club Magazine Review Issue #1

I bought this magazine like 2 months ago at the “ghetto” Dollar Tree. They play ghetto music in there. I mean that store is always dirty. There is always merchandise thrown on the floor. I was surprised they actually had this. I hurt myself trying to get it down from a high pegboard. Too bad they only had this issue and not any others, but one issue is better than none. The best thing is that is come with a free gift! A little purse.



A few days later I went to a “better” Dollar Tree to see if that one had any different copies, but all they had was issue #1. Too bad I could comb the area within a 10 mile radius looking for other issues.

So I finally go the chance to read it yesterday. It has some nice pictures in it. It says it’s a magazine, but I think it’s a comic book. It has some wonderful pictures in it. I feel like making some Winx Club fanart. I found a mistake in it because it says Stella is from Domino. Which she is not she is from Solaria; Bloom is from Domino (or Sparx in the 4kids dub). It was a nice little read though. I could hear the characters’ voices in my head. The story is a little different from the cartoon. It even came with a free trading card. I got a Bloom one… I’m not sure if they all came with the same card or they were randomly inserted into the magazine.
I think it was worth a dollar to me.

Life Can be so Cruel, Don’t it Astound You?

I was going to go with a different title, but I think this one is good.

I don’t know what’s wrong with me. I’ve been feeling so emotional lately. I got in trouble because I was going to buy a used doll. So had had to cancel my order for it. It’s ok I was just going to customize it anyway. I still haven’t customized the dolls my cousin gave me like last year. I was suppose to make clothes for them. I bought the material and everything. I’m suppose to make a custom Darcy doll. She’s a character from the Winx Club. They never made a doll of her that was sold in the US. They did make one that was sold in Italy. (The country Winx Club is from)

My mom got in a car accident, but it was the other person’s fault. She got hit and run. She’s ok and all. She got hit from behind. Which made a chain reaction. It involved 4 cars. Everybody else drove off. My mom is a good driver she’s never gotten a ticket, and has been in a few accidents including this one. My dad is a really bad driver he has a lot of tickets and stuff. I’m a horrible driver, and actually make my dad look good. I use to ride the curb. It’s things like this that make me terrified of learning how to drive, but I really need to and want to. Plus if I’m a bad driver and a lot of other people are it will just cover up my bad driving.

On a positive note my CDs arrived today. I’m listening to Angelfish right now. I will write a review of each CD. You know Angelfish isn’t bad. Shirley’s voice is so distinctive. I can’t stop listening to “Suffocate Me”.
